Australian T-Bone brings together two classic cuts in one steak: tenderloin and striploin, separated by the signature T-shaped bone. Rich, juicy, and full of character, it delivers the perfect balance of tenderness and bold beef flavor.

Sear over high heat to build a deep, golden crust, then finish over medium heat until your desired doneness. For best results, aim for a 54–57°C core temperature for medium-rare to medium. Rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
