The cold chain never blinks.
Every order is cut to order, vacuum-sealed within minutes, and packed in a food-grade insulated box with dry ice (frozen shipments) or gel packs (chilled). Boxes hold 0–2 °C for over 96 hours — well beyond any transit time in our network. We ship with DHL Express and UPS, Monday to Thursday, so your meat never spends a weekend in a depot.

Cut-off times
Order before 12:00 CET Monday–Thursday and we cut and ship the same or next business day. Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship Monday.Customs & import duties
Within the EU there are no customs charges. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Some countries restrict meat imports (e.g., beef cannot be shipped to Australia or New Zealand; USA and Japan may require special documentation — availability to be verified by our team at order time). When in doubt, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm your destination.On arrival
Refrigerate chilled cuts immediately (best within 10 days) or freeze for up to 12 months. Thaw frozen cuts slowly in the fridge, in the sealed bag, for 24–48 hours. If anything about the delivery looks wrong, photograph it and claim under our Freshness Guarantee within 24 hours.
